Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of information stored by Oriental Elegance, including information associated with Google sign-in.

Request deletion from the shop

1. Email orientalelegancebd@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Tell us the Google account email you used to sign in and any relevant order references.
3. We will reply to verify that the request concerns your own account, clarify the information to remove and confirm the outcome. Do not send your password, sign-in codes or access tokens.

You may request removal of saved delivery addresses, bags, wishlists, sessions and associated account information. Tell us if your request also covers guest orders or delivery details. Some order records may need to be retained for fulfillment, disputes or applicable recordkeeping obligations; any retained information will be explained in our reply.

Remove information on this device

Sign out of the shop and clear this site’s browser data to remove guest bags and wishlists stored on this device. Clearing browser data does not delete information in the shop’s database.
